We have urgent opening for AIOPS Architect for our MNC client
Location:- Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Noida, Hyderabad
Skills & Experience
10+ Years experience in IT across designing, engineering and development of IT toolsets in the Infrastructure monitoring, analytics and AI OPS solutions.
Design, Engineering and development experience on AIOPS and analytics solutions
Experience working and developing on solutions based on Elastic stack, Graphite, Grafana.
Strong understanding and experience on Machine Learning algorithms for various AIOPS use cases such as classification, clustering, and anomaly detections.
Working knowledge and understanding on development of ML models based on a widely used variety of ML algorithms like classifier algorithms (Linear, Logistics, decision tree, Nave Bayes, Support Vector, KNN, Random forest), clustering / outlier algorithms (K-means, mean-shitfing, DBSCAN, GMM, Hierarchical Clustering, etc), neural networks (ANN, RNN, etc)
Development experience on ML/NLP algorithms for IT Operations use cases.
Strong prior experience on development and or/implementation of IT Infrastructure Management tools like
o IT Operations Management tools like MF OpsBridge, IBM Netcool, Sciencelogic, etc.
o IT Service Management Tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, OTRS, etc
o Application Operations Management tools like CA APM, Appdynamics, Appnomics, etc
o IT Operations Automation tools like ServiceNow Orchestrator, BMC Atrium Orchestrator, HPE Operations Orchestrator
Strong experience and background of IT Operations Management processes, IT Service Management
Preferred ITIL certification
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts
Strong understanding of IT Operations Automation concepts such as Orchestration, Workload or Job Automation
Strong understanding of Cloud & infrastructure technologies such as virtualization, hyper converged infrastructure, as-a-service, Software defined networks, servers, and storages.
Roles & Responsibilities
This role is exciting and demands thought leadership to contribute towards AIOPS engineering and Architecture, as part of Tech Mahindras Platforms Business, one of the most strategic business units of Tech Mahindra. The roles and responsibilities of this position include but not limited to -
Support the business opportunities against the proof-of-concepts, discussions at architecture level and customizations to the solution against the key customer requirements.
Support the business team and opportunities as Architect for AIOPS to drive deeper discussions with customers on AIOPS solutions and how our platform can fulfil the customer requirements on AIOPS solutions.
Proactively identify the key development areas and closely work with business and engineering team to drive the key developments on the platform to improve the AIOPS offerings.
Support the business to drive engineering integration with identified key third party partnerships to strengthen Tech Mahindras AIOPS offerings through integrations that can bring unique value proposition to our customers.
Work with Engineering teams of internal cross competencies such as SAP, Oracle, Network to improve the AIOPS solution in line with business and market demands.
Work with business and marketing teams for creating compelling demos and collaterals for marketing.
