Job Description
Designation: Head/GM Quality (Machining)
Job Description:Reporting: Director (Production).
Responsibility: Develop improvement in QUALITY process of machining of Auto parts for trucks,Tractors,HV's for the resolution of QA/QC issues.
Establish specifications and methods for the analysis of raw materials in process and finished products as per norms.
Ensure completeness of docs (as perTS & ISO norms) and validation of process.
Will be Head of development activities/QA for Auto Parts Manufacturing involving Casting Forging & Machining.
Conduct internal team audits and review the team as and when decided by the management.
Drive special drives to meet target of zero customer PPM.
Responsible for the queries at customer end/resolving customer complaints.
Monitor monthly Poka Yokes, CAPA and other QA issues.
Conduct regular meetings with the QA and other CFT teams to keep on same page.
Ensuring all documents are ready for internal and external audits.
Ensure 5 S/Kaizen activities in Machining Department
To identify Training needs of the Machine shop Engineer's team.
Expert in Procedure formulation,TS/ISO Documentation/Internal & External quality Audits for:
