Industrial Engineer -Product Development @ Datalligence

Job Description

Responsible to develop the assembly lines for New Product Developments
Work closely with R&D team on the Design to manufacturing feasibility analysis, Review technical
manufacturing feasibility
Working knowledge on Design For Manufacturing (DFM) and Poke Yoke.
Hands on working knowledge on New Product Development (NPD) of electro-mechanical products and
NPI/NPD process of development.
Good knowledge in diecasting, plastics & sheet metal component development, and manufacturing and
assembly processes, coordinate with suppliers for component development and get the right part.
Hands on experience in design and development of assembly line equipments, fixtures required for New
Product assembly line, ability to setup new assembly line.

Experience to determine production processes, develop process flow chart/layout chart, PFMEA, Work
instructions, create specifications for the equipment, estimate manufacturing cost & investments
required for the project.
Ability to perform New Product PPAP.
Determine capacity requirements of production equipment, knowledge on Product packaging.
Having experience in connector design will be added advantage.
Develop and build prototypes to measure their level of function.
Knowledge on the Engineering Change Notification process and part setup in SAP.
Attend daily & weekly team meetings to provide progress reports, obtain updates on colleagues progress,
strategize on steps for following week and acquire information about projected emerging product lines.
Flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt to change.
Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate and problem solve effectively.
Able to work in a team environment with ability to work on your own, Self-motivated attitude.
Meet the organization goals and targets and achieve by executing the plans meticulously.
