Responsibilities:
Join a team of vendor oversight analysts in charge of the permanent oversight and assessment of our Customers vendors, by following strict operations procedures
Communicate with vendors as required to obtain documents and/or information needed to complete the due diligence process
Respond to Customers requests for information with regards to their vendors, including ad-hoc reports
Set up and manage our Customers vendor networks by using Vendorly technology and due diligence tools
Perform vendor risk assessments; assist in the definition and assignment of risk-tiers and adequate levels of oversight
Conduct regular reviews of vendor documents including, but not limited to: licenses, insurances, financial statements, SOC reports, w-9 forms, policies and procedures.
Conduct regular risk analysis of vendors, incorporating relevant data from multiple sources, including but not limited to: financial risk assessments, information security audits, reputational and other background checks.
Contribute to develop efficient processes to ensure vendor compliance in all aspects as per the vendor oversight level
Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Vendorly technology and procedures, by identifying areas of improvement and suggesting ways to gain efficiencies
