Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify, recruit and train new agents.
Help the selected agents to complete the IRDA license process including examination.
Convert inactive/ dormant agents into active agents through training & motivation.
Help the Business generation in assigned territory
Manage relationships with the channels
Develop new sourcing streams by adding new channels
Maximize own share of business in the channels
Support business sourcing by coordinating regular training programs
Motivation of sales channels for growth in business generation
Provide constant feedback on companys products and market intelligence
