Job Responsibilities;

• Recruiting agents and providing regular training for selling insurance policies

• Achieving the targets assigned and maintaining sound relations with the clients and agents

• Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped

• Licensing, tracking and activation of the agents

• Maintaining sound relationships with the agents and provide regular product and process training to them

• Playing the role of a problem solver and actively resolve issues and queries

• Hold regular meetings with agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned and systematic manner

Education Requirements: Graduation or Post Graduation(Full time) Age Criteria: 23-37 years

Important points to note:

1. Please do not refer candidates who are currently on the rolls with the ICICI group or have appeared for an interview with ICICI Lombard in the last 6 months.

2. Referred candidate should not be a relative/ blood relation

3. Candidate should be currently gainfully employed

4. Highest qualification should be full-time
