Experience: 8 to 15 Years.

Job Location: Kolkata.

Area Required Skills Set:

Help senior leadership understand the overall health of platform
Practice Agile, DevOps and Lean methodologies in ops.
Understand business risks and always ready with mitigation strategies
Develop business processes
Translate complex process into simple adoptive process and practice in day to day Ops
Understand modern apps architecture , microservices , CI/CD , etc
Excellent people management skills.
Excellent understanding of document control, update processes and tools.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
