Position Summary: Describe below the primary purpose and function of this job
The CRM (Salesforce) engineer is exciting opportunity to join Newtons Engineering Group working in the Salesforce and Master Data team.As a member this team, the candidate will be responsible for the development and delivery of our Salesforce CRM solution through the entire project lifecycle.
The successful candidate will be resourceful, energetic, and ready to hit the ground running. Youll need to work well in a team and be able to interact effectively with both technology and business users within the marketing and commercial team. You should be ready to share ideas and fresh perspectives.
Whilst the primary focus will be Salesforce, the remit of the team is much wider and covers additional systems and technology. The candidate is expected to contribute to the delivery goals for the whole team. This will involve bringing your technical experience and opinion to the group, adopting additional technologies and fully contributing to planning the work effort for the whole team.
Deliver technical solutions around Newtons Salesforce CRM platform with an emphasis on quality
Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of automation and continuous integration
Collaborate on requirements gathering for new initiatives and ongoing BAU enhancements to the platform
Bug fixing and issue investigation
Work closely with the testing team to ensure the quality of deliverables
Build strong relationships with business stakeholders
