We have a senior Sales position open for Mumbai.

Position GM Sales

CTC Max 40 LPA

Lead the team for rollout of FTTx and responsible for sales and acquisition in the designated territory.

  1. Responsible for market planning for FTTx Rollout as per the guidelines.
  2. Handle team of acquisitions and sales of broadband.
  3. Ensure sales targets are met through infra expansion, DST/DSA/CSA
  4. Identify AOI with consultation and validation of State Team.
  5. Responsible for Building Mapping and identifying BOI for business.
  6. Responsible for Building Acquisition in BOI.
  7. Responsible for identifying LCOs in AOI and ensuring them for signup.
  8. Ensuring the execution of projects within time
  9. Create and manage project plans and requirements
  10. Managing regional/zonal FTTX Business through Business Team members (Channel partners )
  11. Appointment of Distributors and DSAs for getting the desired output.
  12. Planning and Monitoring the Survey team for Mapping of Cities.
  13. To Identify and finalize the Areas in city for deployment of Network priority wise.
  14. Responsible for New DSA / Distributor Agreement Sign up.
  15. Responsible for Building Permission/ Acquisition and sales for the designated territory.
  16. New area Roll out Viz Planning of Material and Manpower Deployment.
  17. Directing the acquisition team for permission related issues.
  18. Coordinating with the internal departments for successful roll out of FTTH Connectivity.

  2. Strict adherence to SOP and the defined processes
  3. Encourage consistent and continuous compliance is followed by all employees and vendors with safety and regulatory requirements, standards and protocols
