Job Description
Urgent : Service Executive (Freezer : Refrigeration) @ Colaba , MumbaiCandidates , from Mumbai & Vicinity will be preferred apply

Qualification & Experience
Graduate & Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Min 3 to 8 years in Service & Customer Care sector: FMCG , especially Ice Cream & Dairy products companies preferred
Refrigeration knowledge
Computer literacy, ERP & SAP knowledge
Job Responsibility:-
Planning & organizing refrigeration assets as per annual business expansion plan & target Managing & controlling refrigeration assets with FAS-financial asset standards
Planning & identifying of warehouse / CNFA & transportation requirements from time to time at optimal cost & increased efficiency to support the sales & marketing team.
Ensure warehouse efficiency & manpower productivity OTIF (On Time In Full).
Handling Transports/ Distribution networks as per companys guidelines
Asset Management & tracking at zero violation of SOP, by channelizing asset movements to ensure accurate stock.
Execution of better market Asset Governance by barcoding & scheduled scanning of assets in the entire territory to minimize asset lost
Planning & implementing service network operations for all the channels as per requirement in existing & expanding territories
Monitoring quality of service provided by the service dealers.
Asset upkeep & redeployment activities adhering to service compliances
Planning service / logistics budget, handling service providers /vendor claims & clearance as per agreed terms & condition Budget.
Vendor development to manufacture /procurements of refrigeration spares parts & accessories for PAN India
Release a PO, vendors bill checking, processing & payment for PAN India.
Maintain a database for financial audit checks & handling queries etc. & review the same
