Job Description
Business Head (Bicycles)-Ludhiana will have Profit Centre Responsibility and Vision with experience to:1- Revive a Bicycle manufacturing unit in to profitable a SBU (Strateguc Business unit) and take it to next level.
2- Devise monthly Sales Plans/projections/setting & achieving ambitious business targets.
3-Market Study, Identifying gaps inmarketing & Sales Strategy and resolving/fixing problems.
4-Targ
5-Achieve sales & collections target along with team
6-Resolving customer complaints
7-Timely dispatch/SCM
8-Sales review with team, daily, weekly, monthly
9-Sales team motivation
Purchase:
1-Purchase and procurement Planning (RM, Consumables , BOP)
2- Rate negotiation
3- Timely release of purchase order in the market
4-Timely procurement for assembly line
5- Planning and procurement for new developments
6- Supplier identification, Visits, Vendor Development
7- Purchase Savings
Finance & Accounts
1-Pre-budgeting on monthly basis
2- P & L on monthly basis
3-Cash flow management
4-Debters creditors reconciliation
5-Customer and supplier reconciliation
6-Outstanding clearance
7-Payment Schedules
Procurement of materials, Inventory management and control to ensure smooth running of production facilities and timely dipatches of Finished goods/New generation Bicycles with objective of meeting varied customer needs and avoid down time and shortages in the Market place.
