Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales Service Skills and Responsibilities:
Handling inbound and Outbound calls
Sales, understanding the digital marketing software and services.
Answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
Speaking to clients, conversion of leads
basic computer, internet knowledge.

Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Customer Service Skills and Qualifications:
Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information , Multi-tasking
