Job Description

Will be responsible to:

1.Daily progress report.
2.Project plan compliance based on time, cost, quality and construction processes.
3.Prepare work progress report.
4.Verify bills from contractors based on work order
Material testing.
5.Site supervision and coordinate between subcontractors.
6.Enforce operating discipline on site
quality control.
7.Site maintenance.

Desired Skills/Abilities/Expertise:

1.Ability to work on AutoCAD.
2.Good Knowledge on site Execution.
3.Residential experience is preferred.
4.Task oriented and Timeline specific.
