US MNC : Inside Sales Executive / Customer Service @ Mumbai (Currently Remote)

They are seeking a driven candidate with a bias for action & an enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment to join their team as a Customer Service Representative. This person will be responsible for providing professional & quality service for Customers who use their products to provide innovative solutions within the Healthcare, Life Sciences, & Energy Management industries.
The person needs to work on all processes involving customers orders & inquiries in the English/Hindi Language. Identifying sales opportunities through the referral/quote process. Ensuring the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction to maximize sales & repeat business
Due to the continued effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Customer Service Reps currently work remotely.
Location: Kurla , Mumbai (Currently Remote)
Level : Individual contributor
Key Responsibilities:
Utilizing multiple systems & shared resources to resolve customer concerns &
questions regarding price, delivery, order status, etc. in a timely manner
Maintenance of customer support issues database (CRM) & KPI monitoring.
Reviewing & entering new orders placed by customers via phone & email
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, & Finance to confirm pricing,
shipments, & order status
Communicating with customers via phone, email & fax
Assist with administration of customer accounts, SalesForce CRM database administration & report generation.
Communicating with CSR Team within a dedicated Team channel
Credit notes request & logging.
Filing & general office duties including customer literature requests
Assist Territory Managers with special pricing & account administration etc.
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Experience:
College degree or equivalent work experience in Customer Services, ideally in a Technical sales or Industrial Environment with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
High proficiency in English languages skills including the ability to converse & write about commercial or technical subjects.
Proficient with MS Office
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with computer software like SAP, JDE etc.
Customer-centric attitude & ability to maintain a friendly, professional demeanor
Must be resourceful, dependable, & capable of working with minimal supervision
Experience working directly with customers in the hospitality, retail, or other service-oriented business environments
Comfortable with learning new technology & able to quickly get familiar with navigating various software applications
