Roles and Responsibilities: Solving customer queries/complaints via calls.

Desired Candidate Profile: Candidates having minimum 12 months experience into Customer service can apply.

Excellent verbal communication must.

Typing Speed 25 Wpm - Accuracy 85%

Shifts : Rotational 24/7 Shifts for male candidates , Day rotational for female candidates

Week off: 1 rotational week off

Salary : up to 16.5k In hand

WORK FROM OFFICE (1st dose of Covid Vaccination mandatory)

Work Location - Mahape , Navi Mumbai
