Program Manager 2 - Hyderabad / Secunderabad @ Microsoft

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive products and initiatives across network monitoring in Azure Core Networking. Azure Network Watcher and Azure Monitor Network Insights are multi -tenant SaaS solutions, enabling thousands of customers to monitor network performance across complex hybrid networks. You are generally expected to be a full stack PM:

• Create, evolve, and communicate roadmap based on competitive landscape, industry trends, customer voice etc. that enables customer and business themes and multi-year product vision.
• Work across partner teams in Azure Networking, Storage ,Compute, Monitor and identify synergies to provide a seamless monitoring experience.
• Be excited about the networking in cloud story, and all that happens under the hood.
• Work with data to enable data-driven decisions.
• Lead and drive unique and highly visible end-to-end projects across engineering, support, marketing and other functions that will help us deliver industry-leading features, availability and performance for our network and our customers.
• Evangelize and champion monitoring products to drive adoption, working closely with customers, sales and marketing.
• Make pragmatic business and engineering tradeoffs to deliver business value.

• 2+ years of professional product management and/or software development experience (cloud or networking-related experience is a plus)
• 4+ years of software industry experience
• Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with a strategic orientation, as well as an aptitude for solving complex business problems.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, particularly in working with remote teams.
• Strong aptitude for data driven decision-making.
• Strong focus on delivering end to end customer value.
• Demonstrated leadership and exceptional cross-team skills.
• Bachelors (or higher) degree in Engineering. (Advanced technical degree or MBA a plus).
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
