Need Deputy Manager for reputed Sheet Metal Fabrication Business Industry.

Candidates must have following key responsibilities:-

Knowledge plant Operations Such as,

Monitoring of Plant Operations & chemical Conditions such as

• Current Density,
• Temperature,
• pH, Agitation,
• Filtration,
• Chemical analysis,
• Plating test Such as CASS test/Adhesive test/Salt Spray/Bend Test/Heat & quench,

control of impurities,

Purification process,

Removal of Organic impurities,

Designing of jigging & Maintenance Jigs to achieve Productivity & quality,

Preventive Maintenance of bath,

Recovery techniques of chrome & Nickel,

Knowledge on Plant of Operations of ETP, RO, DM, & Soft water plants

Potential to monitor plating solution, pre cleaning cleaner and water quality continuously.

Potential to monitor plating solution, pre cleaning cleaner and water quality continuously.

Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulation.

Knowledge on 7QC tools
