Job Description

Should be a Graduate / Post-Graduate in Sales and marketing with minimum 3 -15 Years of work experience in reputed Real Estate Companies.

Should be a dynamic professional with excellent communication and management skills to increase sales revenue and business relationship. Skills of corporate and commercial sales will be an added advantage.

• Handling Sales to generate maximum business for residential projects.
• Manage, coordinate and motivate company sales and marketing functions to achieve required sales targets.
• Help to implement processes, procedures and tools to maximize the productivity and performance of sales.
• Conduct Market Research to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities and customers.
• Help to Plan, develop and execute sales & marketing strategies.
• Develop and coordinate sales release cycle and methodology, optimizing product take-up rates and pricing based on customer requirements for products and services and project revenue needs.
• Establish sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Review and provide input into sales documentation and agreements.
• Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results.
