Need New Lab Chemist for reputed Sheet Metal Fabrication Business Industry.

Candidates must have following key responsibilities:-

Daily monitoring of all process Parameters of all process tanks,

Such as Nickel & Chrome

Knowledge on Bath concentration & analysis

Product confirmation through testing of thickness & other related test

such Scratch test,

Bend test,

Salt spray test,

Heat & quench test,

Maintaining all related Test Records

Daily incoming water monitoring & maintenance, the documents

Knowledge on ETP, RO plant, DM plant and Soft water plant for achieving the final product quality.

Adhering to all PCB related records,

Timely submission of all the statutory compliance forms to PCB office.

BEHAVIORAL/SOFT SKILLS / ADDITIONAL PROFICIENCY:

Excellent Interpersonal skills & communication skills

Good Team Player

Trigger non conformities to put bath parameters.

Knowledge in Statistical analysis & interpretation

Desirable to have Knowledge on ISO/TS 16949.

And other related testing Standards.
