Need New Product Development Manager for reputed Sheet Metal Fabrication Business Industry.
Candidates must have following key responsibilities:-
- Development of All Sheet Metal, Tubular, welded parts like Frame Body , Handle Assy., Swing arms, Front fork, Fuel tank, handle bar, Centre stand, side stand, muffler .
- CFT Member since PP1 assy. of Vehicles to Mass production stage
- Making all development documents ,( ppap, apqp documents )
- QAV. of parts development to Mass production.
- DAP & feasibility study of parts
- Prepare apex for Projects and getting Approval from Management.
- Process and DAP Discussion with Customer and implementation.
- Take care of budgetary activities W.R.T Investment Plan for Project.
- Improvement of new part /project development.
- Line/ process approval for mass production.
- Jig-Fixture development for Exhaust Muffler &Frame Body (main Assy. & Rear Assy.).
- Responsible for design review and design change during NPD.
- Attending tool trials, assy. trials during development & part inspection
- Event parts inspection & approval for trial/ Mass production.
- Responsible for Implementation of the Design Changes in line with the project targets.
- Process flow diagram & Control plan, Incoming/ Supplier insp. Std. approval.
- Checking/ Receiving Gauges Concept Discussion & Approval.
- Tool approval Bop parts inspection and there approval
- Responsible for any kind of ECN as per customer requirement.
- Responsible for sample submission( T0,PP1,SOP)
- Responsible for development documentation ( APQP time line plan, BOM , PPAP,)
- Involved in Weld Shop Project team for Quality matching line installation for new products
- Customer handling for on time sample submission & Support Documents.
- Exposure to 5s, Kaizen, Quality Circle, CFT, 3M, .
- Working experience of Process weld shop & press shop development .
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes like, Press shop , weld shop (mig welding , spot welding, seam welding )
