Need Quality Engineer for reputed Sheet Metal Fabrication Business Industry.

Candidates must have following key responsibilities:-

• Process Audit.
• Product Audit.
• Gemba Analysis at Shop Floor.
• Corrective & Preventive Actions on Process Rejection.
• Prepare Daily In-Process Rejection Report.
• Raise Move Orders through System.
• Prepare Monthly Rejection Report.
• Conduct Daily Rework Analysis at Shop Floor.
• Knowledge on Dock Audit.
• Control of Documents and Records.
• Co-ordination with Supplier, as well as with Customer on Corrective & preventive actions.
• Quality control Tools Such as Why-Why & 7QC tools.
• Submit CAPA on Customer Complaints.
• Conduct Warranty Analysis & Submit CAPA.
• Good communication & Interpersonal skills
• Assertiveness
• Proactive approachRoles and Responsibilities
