Job Description
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
- Should be a fluent English speaker and be able to call up the attorneys and county offices in US
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of work
- Should be capable of producing error free work consistently. Maintain 100% quality yield
- Need to read search documents and paraphrase/align title and other title commitment related matters
- Should be able to understand and prepare simple calculations
- Meet the output targets set by the business unit for the process
- Ability to discern matters that require escalation to Supervisor
- Timely completion of all work assignments and projects
- Maintain strong team alliance, ability to work with co-workers to meet and achieve team and Department Goals
- Work with foreclosure law firms to ensure timely preparation / delivery of documents
- Manage service level requirements
Key Result Areas:
- Reduce average age and count of open inventory
- Deliver high quality at work. Maintain 100% quality yield
- Continuously communicate and influence positively the foreclosure attorneys / county offices and other stakeholders to cut down the time taken to obtain foreclosure deeds
- Ensure all the milestones in the foreclosure deed cycle are met as per the prescribed guidelines and timelines
Qualifications:
- Any graduate
- Minimum 2+ years of US residential mortgage / title insurance experience
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage simultaneous priorities, strong judgment, issue management and problem solving skills
