Sodexo is looking for IT Asset coordinator for one of its Client @ bangalore-Whitefield.
- Maintenance of internal hardware repository for day-to-day activities.
- Hands on Experience in ITAM Tool, Ariba, Helpline & Webuy.
Maintain all IT assets record (Desktop, Monitor, Laptop, Server, Switches)
- Handling Escalations from Customers.
- Handling large team and operations as a particular asset location Store Engineers,
- Maintain Daily report in MS Excel related to IT asset.
- Maintaining overall asset management process (Updating rental asset process, Release/Retag/ Material movement process, Allocation, Sanitization and Disposal process).
- Complete Life Cycle management of Hardware Asset, i.e. End to End (from Procurement to Disposal) tracking of Assets.
- Worked on Desktop and Laptop Allocation, Releases, Movement, No due Clearance, Laptop, Retagging, Not Found Assets and Helpline Calls.
- Allocating the asset as per the request approval from manager and following the process matrix.
- Generating dailyweeklymonthly reports with all It Asset including release and retag
- Creating and closing helpline tickets.
- Effective Usage and Maintenance in Stores records.
- Tagging and de-tagging of assets.
- Releasing of assets once asset complete within given lifetime that need to be tagged to stores.
- Sanitization compliance.
- Tracking lost asset and rental assets.
- Tracking other than laptop with ticketing tools.
- Central material movement function.
- Asset disposal.
- Description: Hands on experience in maintaining asset life cycle
- Allocation of asset as per employee requirement through Webuy & Helpline portal.
- Incident management Giving perfect solutions for entire boundary within organization through ticketing tools.
Qualification-Graduation
Salary- 20-22k Take home
