Job Description:

To visit mapped branches and develop a suitable professional relationship with Branch staff in order to generate premium through Home Insurance and allied products.
To motivate branch staff to convert leads into sales of all Bancassurance Partners.
To train branch staff and branch Relationship Manager on cross sell of insurance products.
To handle objection and aid sales process carried out by channel.
To carry out up sell and cross sell of health insurance products too.
To ensure timely delivery of policy documents and information to the customers and issuance of cover notes if applicable. To maintain highest level of integrity at all times.
