Job Description:

• To visit mapped branches and develop a suitable professional relationship with Branch staff in order to generate premium through Home Insurance and allied products.
• To motivate branch staff to convert leads into sales of all Bancassurance Partners.
• To train branch staff and branch Relationship Manager on cross sell of insurance products.
• To handle objection and aid sales process carried out by channel.
• To carry out up sell and cross sell of health insurance products too.
• To ensure timely delivery of policy documents and information to the customers and issuance of cover notes if applicable. To maintain highest level of integrity at all times.
