Any degree.
Min 1-3 years of experience in MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel & Word).
Job relationships
Works closely with Project coordinators and Workflow coordinators
Job duties
Production of documents using MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint as per clients specification
Responsible for quality of his/her job and should strive for producing documents with nil errors
Responsible for production of these documents within the specified timeframe
Responsible for informing Workflow coordinator or Client manager in case of unavoidable delays during execution of the job
Responsible for spell check, formatting and layout and other details to be taken care of during production of the document
Responsible for learning latest developments in technologies that are required for execution of clients jobs
Responsible for communication with Workflow coordinators and Project coordinators regarding QC related issues
