We have an opening for the position of Ice-Cream In-Charge at Uppal Ice Cream Heritage Foods Limited.

KEY RESULT AREAS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operations and General Maintenance
- Ensure to achieve targeted quality
- Ensure to achieve production as per requirement / processing / chilling
- Ensure timely dispatch of Ice-Cream / Ice Cream products
- Develop and maintain Sanitation SOPs for equipment and production area.
- Clean, organize, maintain storage areas for ice cream equipment, ingredients, other supplies.
- Responsible for maintaining all the process equipment and Service equipment to ensure continuous trouble free performance.
- Responsible for controlling further processing, delivery or installation of machinery
- Ensure safety and discipline
- Good housekeeping and cleanliness
- Implementation of guidelines of energy conservation.
- Implementation of guidelines given as per GMP, ISO, MMPO, FSMS etc.
- Effective utilization of manpower.
- Provides resources required for individual departments.
- Ensure maintenance of all records, sending MIS in time and attending to Internal Auditor queries.
- Responsible for calibration for all equipments/instruments.
Educational Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech - Dairy Technology
Experience: 05 to 12 years Dairy Industry in Ice-Cream Production (Candidate must have experience of around 4 years as a Ice-Cream Production Planning In-Charge)
