Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Handling Software issues

2. Developing new software tools and reports for management using .NET, MVC and BI Tool

3. Knowledge of basic networking

4. Knowledge of basic telephone connections

5. Basic knowledge of Hardware Issues.

6. CCTV handling

7. Coordination with other department for the different IT related issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

Skill Sets:

A) Software : SQL, .NET, MVC, BI Tools

B) Hardware : Basic Hardware Troubleshooting, Basic Network Knowledge

Other Skills:

a) Excellent communication skills.

b) Keen analytical skills.

c) Ability to work under pressure.

d) Good timely reporting skills.
