I have an opportunity for one of the leading Industry in Ahmednagar:

Digital Marketing Manager for WetN Joy & Magic Mountain The Amusement Park

  • Plan and Execute the Digital Marketing campaigns to meet key Marketing objectives, Growth Hacking for Lead Generation (primary objective) & Brand Building.
  • Devise strategies and implement across Search (both organic and paid), Social Media, Inbound, Affiliate, and Email Marketing.
  • Define Metrics, Measure, Analyze and Continuously Improve performance through relevant Reports
  • Leading the Online & Digital Marketing by ensuring the smooth functioning of the Social Media Campaigns, Google Campaigns, Website & SEO functioning.
  • Formulating Digital marketing campaigns in order to increase brand visibility and improve online brand positioning of the business.
  • Understanding online space and upcoming trends that would cater to the growth for both B2B and B2C.
  • Thinking beyond the basics of social media and manage brand to develop a meaningful Social personality. Identify and tap into new channels to optimize ROI and increase revenue growth.
  • Tracking the performance of the website coming from paid and organic mediums which includes site traffic, banner advert performance, and backlinks through Google Analytics.
  • Manage campaigns on a day-to-day basis ensuring that approved design and technical solutions are executed to the highest levels of quality.
  • Lead Management tools through CRM to track the incoming Leads across all platforms

Analytics & Reporting

Creating daily, weekly and monthly reports across relevant channels. Managing the Marketing automation and CRM tools to generate required reports, tying into overall marketing goals.

Working Relationship

  1. Sales Team - Working with the Sales head and at hub level sales agents as per need to:
  • Ensure Monthly hub level targets are being met 2. Preempt sales dips and take course corrective action 3. Collect and incorporate micro-market level feedback to improve targeting 4. Maintain feedback loop for market-level insights that affect messaging, communication and targeting
  1. Media Buying & Planning Agency
  • Developing monthly lead generation media plans to: 1. Ensure monthly targets are set and budgets are aligned 2. Optimise spends to deliver consistently improving ROI 3. Evaluate monthly reports and interpret for insights and internal management reports 4. Track performance across channels and optimise for conversions
  1. Content and Social Media Manager

Design Content Marketing and Social Media strategy to align with brand strategy to:

  • Draft and implement content calendars, identify tent poles and leverage community initiatives 2. Track performance across channels and improve engagement rates 3. Create and drive marketing qualified leads further down the funnel with effective nurturing tactics to increase predisposition to convert 4. Support brand experience managers in hub activities/events promotion to drive positioning and build brand awareness
  1. Digital Communications Agency
  2. Develop digital marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and communication for lead generation across: 1. Paid advertising channels 2. Earned channels - Social media 3. Owned channels - Website, App
  3. Metrics
  • Lead Generation - MQLs, Website Traffic, Bounce rate, Search Result Rankings 2. Social Media - Engagement rates across channels, Sentiment analysis, Share of Voice 3. Content marketing - Time spent, CTRs, Video Views 4. Budget Management - ROI, CAC

Experience Level - 6+ years in Digital Marketing, experience in handling & building a team
