Roles and Responsibilities

• Must have: Delivery experience in ITSM, Helpdesk,L1/L2 projects, ITIL certified/experienced, ITSM tools (Jira Service Desk, Service now), Testing practices, CI/CD, Delivery Assurance experience, handled project size of ~200 HC as DA/PM.
• Good to have: Agile, experience in end-2-end dev projects, Quality
• Ready to work as IC in the Quality function, contribute to quality initiative as well
