Job Description
- Collaborate and front end with business and clients for business and functional requirements, sprint coordination and other delivery related requirements
- Good understanding of various hosting models and exposure to cloud hosting (AWS)
- Good to have prior experience or basic understanding of Analytics Solutions, AI, Client integrations
- Work on design, development, quality and support of complicated software components/ business applications
- Work with associated teams and business analyst to understand functional requirements
- Understand, debug resolve Application related Issues
- Accomplish to deliver software development project / modules / sub-modules of moderate size within defined scope, timeline with added high quality
- On-site coordination with Technical / Product / Scrum Team and help resolve Application Issues
Essential Functions
- Programming experience in a multi-tier environment
- Architecting detailed technical designs as assigned, based on requirements and/or functional designs and developing full stack solutions for web development projects
- Produce software components, interfaces, classes, functions, web-pages, etc., as necessary in order to implement designs, as assigned for project
- Exposure to Analytics, AI, Client and Cloud hosting solutions
- Ability to front end with business and client for presales, demos, technical requirements etc.
- Create complete and accurate technical artifacts, both within the code being created, and externally as input to the documentation team, or in the form of technical white-papers or other publications
- Test and debug software with excellent troubleshooting skills to ensure correct behavior, including unit and regression test production and maintenance, where appropriate
- Complete assigned software projects on time and within budget
- Mentor junior staff members
- Good understanding of DevOps functions including CI/CD setup and webserver administration (both Windows and Linux)
- Adhere with all policies and procedures applicable to the position, department, division and larger organization

- JavaScript, Type Script, Angular 7 above, JQuery
- J2EE, ORM (iBatis / myBatis/Hibernate/JPA)
- Strong PL/SQL knowledge, SQL Server 2012 above
- Implementing Web Services SOAP/REST
- Knowledge of Design Pattern, Java Messaging Services
- Understanding of Cloud hosting solutions
- Analytics/AI (Python/Client/Frameworks -Django/Flask etc.)
- Glassfish Application Server
- Tools (Eclipse, GIT, JIRA, Maven, Jenkins, Sonarque etc.)
Skills Nice to Have
- OSI Framework
- Microservices
- Spring Framework / Spring Boot
- Very good in creating and understanding UML artifacts
- Knowledge of Tomcat or similar servers
Process Specific Skills Delivery Domain
- Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Kanban project management methodology, success factors, and pitfalls
- Working experience in Multi-Tier environment
- Working experience of creating and understanding of detailed Technical and Functional design specification
Business Domain Banking (Preferred)
- Banking domain understanding / past working experience
- Understanding of KYC process will be an add on
- Ability to comprehend the business processes and associated Application functionality by reviewing code and consulting with the analyst and operations teams
Soft Skills
- Ability to front end with business and client for presales, demos, technical requirements etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong Technical Inquisitiveness should be a self-starter and has an urge to get to the root of the problems to resolve
