Experience:
The candidate should be a graduate with good academic performance preferably with a BE. Civil/Arch.
The ideal candidate should have handled sales and business development within the Engineering industry
Should have prior experience in preparing proposals for large deals and account management skills
Minimum 4 years of Sales and Business Development and Market Research of Engineering Services or Professional Services
Should have exposure towards International Market like North America, EMEA and Australia will added advantage.
Should be a quick learner and demonstrate exceptional Selling abilities.
Should have excellent communication skills- Written and Spoken
Job Role:
Will manage the entire 'Enquiry to Sales' cycle.
Will respond to client inquiries, understand customer requirements, carry out pricing and negotiation with the customer, transition projects to Production teams, deliver the completed project to customer, and ensure payment.
Will be involved in delivery partner management and identification
Will interact with the internal Marketing team and provide feedback to improve sales.
Willingness to work from 4: 00 PM to 1:00 AM IST(Mon-Fri)
Will be responsible for business growth, targets, and profitability.
Will need coordination with operational functions.
Add new logo or clients on your own lead generation efforts
