Roles & Responsibility
To facilitate & ensure the marketing team is a force multiplier to the sales efforts & new business acquisition. Marketing efforts to be successfully implemented by the following means:
Ensuring email campaigns for various departments are successfully run.
Creating, compiling & managing complete database.
Domain wise list of contact to be shared with respective Sales Team.
Identifying new leads through market research.
Supporting Sales and Lead Generation Efforts.
Creating various marketing documents like brochure, presentations etc.
Evaluation of competitors.
Creating brand awareness and positioning through use of Social Media Platforms.
Creating content for various purposes.
To do Search Engine Optimization for the website and increase its performance.
Creating monthly calendar for various tasks before the execution.
Responsibilities
Understanding the technical know-how of various departments.
Coordinating with different departments on various projects.
Database Compilation & Management.
Sharing domain wise contact list with the respective sales team and conducting regular discussions.
Content Management.
Real time response to various queries on social media platforms and website.
Qualifications & Competence
BTech (preferable) with an MBA.
3/ 4 years of relevant experience.
Exposure to marketing tools / CRM (such as ZOHO / Getresponse etc)
