Roles and responsibilities:
Primary: Manage and coordinate with the stakeholders in the project
Primary: Establish project schedules and timelines
Primary: Publish Traffic signals on the work in progress
Primary: Prepare and publish reports on various activities
Secondary: Train the staff in identified gaps
Work with them to complete tasks
Conduct review meetings with staff every fifteen days on progress and resolution of issues
Send Daily, fifteen days and monthly reports to assistant director
Ensure all software and hardware required are available to all staff
Role Expectations:Take responsibility to ensure the project is completed on time according to agreed standards
Timely communication with all stakeholders
Should be able to join immediately
Experience:Minimum Experience of 5 years in Content development in academic settings with educational institutions or publishing houses.
Job related Skills: Coordination, team management, excellent English communication (Writing & Speaking), MS Excel skills
