Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for business development team in Gurgaon office, including leads and executives
Responsible for acquiring new business and growing existing business within North America in Real Estate, Mortgage clients
Collaborate with the marketing, and product departments on the creation of competitive concept proposals for General contractors, Fabricators, consulting engineers, EPC and design firms across US and Canada
Develop new service offerings based on detailed and documented insights of market and client needs
Manage and maintain a structured analysis of target markets, clients, and documentation in the CRM system
Provided market intelligence and feedback to global and regional teams on the market, industry, and competitors developments
Build and maintain relationships with key contacts at potential clients, consulting companies and partners in order to get access to new opportunities
Motivating, coaching, and mentoring team on complex bids to help achieve the revenue targets
