Technical Project Manager - Healthcare @ Glan Management

Youll be responsible to drive the execution of product development concepts. Your duties include contributing technical expertise to product development, coordinating development with engineers, and ensuring timely delivery. This position requires both hard technical skills and soft, inter-personal skills.

Responsible for execution of requirements defined by Product team

Drive complete, end to end development of features and products

Responsible for the deployment and integration of new products

Work closely with team leads to iron out implementation details

Build and manage engineering delivery timelines, unblock teams, define and streamline dependencies

Create efficient program execution strategy, introduce and develop better processes in teams

Actively participate in technical discussions

Communicate timelines and statuses to stakeholders

Dive deep in technical implementation to fully understand issues, diagnose, and resolve them

Keep up with advancements in product technologies

Requirements:

You are technically savvy, can have educated discussions with engineers, trade-offs

Have dealt with competing priorities, resolving ambiguity, delivering complex projects on-time

You have strong communication skill, you are able to communicate with both technical and non-technical people alike

Strong team building and leadership skills, keeping everyone involved and aligned with the project

Technical past experience

Hands on in your approach, you are not afraid of diving deep into a problem

Experienced with agile methodology, sprint planning, etc.

5-8 years of overall experience

2-3 years of experience in technical program management

experience in product company (SaaS/software startup even better)
