We're looking for Technical Project Manager - JAVA who can work with our awesome team.
Locations: Viman Nagar, Pune
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
Job Functions:
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for providing project planning and is responsible for technically leading the software projects through all stages of the life cycle, including responsibility for requirements capture (functional and non-functional), design, development, and acceptance testing.
- Organize all technical projects through every stage of development, from idea to design to completion.
- Hands-on experience of Core Java/Advanced Java Gets involved in the design and development of the project/product.
- Strong debugging skills in Java, troubleshooting using log files In-depth knowledge of Spring Boot with the Spring framework.
- Help the tech manager with planning sprints and providing technical inputs.
- Troubleshoot the team's problems and lead the technical efforts.
- Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout their entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
- Monitoring project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards, identifying necessary resources to meet project goals.
- Creating and carrying out project communication plans, identifying project risks, and developing mitigation strategies.
- Develop and own cross-functional software development plans that define infrastructure and application development and maintenance initiatives' planning, development, verification, operations, milestones, and quality.
- Must have good analytical skills for troubleshooting problems and problem-solving skills.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Profound insight into Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction Management, etc)
- Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate).
- Strong experience in the Spring Framework Development experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Maven.
- Knowledge of IDEs such as Spring Tool Suite (STS), Eclipse, and other similar tools is required.
- Experience in AWS, Web services (Soap and Rest).
