With the mission of capturing the biggest market share in cyber security, network security, endpoint security, threat research, malware research, and cloud security, we work together for a common goal of shaping the company s future by designing and building the best in class robust and scalable security products for consumer and enterprise customers. As industry top performers, we aim to develop optimized high- performance system software solutions with high availability and reliability. This is where you come in, in this role your day- to- day activities would include but not limited to fun stuff like:

Leading and guiding QA team

Hands- on end- to- end system testing

Customer driven test case development

Working with customers and customer environments

Collaborative Agile iteration- based development and QA environment

About you:

For this job you should have the following experience, knowledge and skill set.

Relevant work experience of at least 7- 10 years in software QA or testing and includes:

Prior responsibilities leading or managing an engineering or QA team

Ability to deliver with various amounts of management

Strong communication skills

Ability to interface technically with customers

Ability to form relationships at various/ multiple levels

You work very well in a faster- paced, high- growth environment

Passion for working with individuals and customers around the world

Key technical skills the person should have:

Proven track record of leading successful projects and delivering on results

Deep knowledge of Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems

Deep knowledge of networking and networking infrastructure and protocols

Knowledge of system security products

Problem solver and dedicated to problem resolution
