Job Description

This position is for someone with hands-on experience in the field of Canadian
immigration consulting, in-depth knowledge about the various immigration programs
and related dynamics.
A minimum of 3 plus years in direct sales would enable the person to manage the sales
floor and meet the monthly numbers.
Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring
assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them
Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding
daily check-ins with the team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress
regularly.
Strong leadership and management skills are pre-requisites for this position.
Mandatory Experience:
1. 3 plus years as an immigration consultant ( Canada process).
2. 3 plus years as a team leader handling sales and operations.
