Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for the person who will be responsible for solving and handling customer support issues via emails and calls in a timely and professional manner. The candidate will act as a basic point of contact for customer complaints, queries, request, feedback etc. Primary Skills
Escalate all critical customer issues to appropriate management levels.
Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer related issues.
Aim to resolve as many issues as possible in first time customer interaction.
Identify potential clients and forward them to respective department.

Ability to anticipate customers needs, show concerns and a good listener
Ensure 100% logging of all customer queries and complaints
Constantly strive to improve speed of answer and call logging for better efficiency
Ensure all relevant processes and procedures are followed
Possess good communication and writing skills
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Experience : 1 to 3 Year (s)/ Freshers can also applyQualification : GR - Any Graduate (NA) Location : Gurgaon
