JOB OFFER FOR BANKING INSTRUCTOR ROLE (TRAINER)
MNC BANK FOR ONLINE COACHING FOR US CANDIDATES
Instructor with a banking services operations background
a consultant (consultant level managing consultant) background in Financial Services sector would also be a good match because of the skill set in:
Project Management / PMO
Business Analysis
Interviewing and Industry Best Practices
Presentations, BRDs, Policies and Procedures
Process improvement/development and mapping
+ Financial Services
Remote teaching (computer and connectivity required)
Contract executed per confirmed class via a signed contract/SOW,
Class Details:
Date: TBD but forecasted for January 2022
Duration: 5 7 weeks
Approximately 20 graduates / students
Class Times: 10:00 16:00 (local time)
Financial Services curriculum, Financial Crimes (AML, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery), KYC (refer to previously shared: mthree_BankingServices_CurriculumAndRoles.pdf for the pathways and respective training topics)
There is existing content (primary), but customization might be needed (dependent upon the firm and role(s) the grads are being hired in to) or even recommended by Instructor to augment the decks
Next steps:
