Roles and Responsibilities
- Aggressive tracking and achieving the monthly retail ASPD (Average Sales Per Day) and SSSG (Same Store Sales Growth) for their assigned store
- Recommending and helping implement initiatives to boost sales I walk-ins I APC and Chai Point Rewards Program
- Promotions new product launches to be effectively rolled out for capturing the market
- Ensuring on-the-job training of the partners in billing, customer interaction and up-selling - Ensuring beverage quality by testing it when batches are prepared with random checks and ensuring that correct quantity is prepared as per SOPs to control wastage yet maintain quality
- Ensuring store partners adhere to beverage shelf. Life standards and day dotting process
- Ensuring store partners adhere strictly to the food handling procedures and FDU guidelines (wearing gloves and sanitizing F&B areas)
- Ensuring food wastage level across all the assigned stores is under 2% - 5% (accounted and unaccounted)
- Actively managing beverage production through the day and ensuring minimum wastage without compromising on sales - Should actively resolve all customer complaints with highest priority and escalations wherever necessary
- Ensuring that store staff is well equipped to handle customer complaints and take feedback (ECHO)
- Act as a channel to communicate corporate goals and directives to store staff
-Taking daily briefing with staff and sharing achievements of the previous day and highlighting key focus areas for the current day
- Communicating all "people related issues" to the Cluster Partner I Area Partner and the HR team
- Appreciating and recognizing good performance at store level and sharing it with management team
- Ensuring that the entire outlet is clean and adheres to the highest hygiene standards and engages into customer interactions
- Supervising and supporting activities at each section in store for at least half an hour along with designated partner to lead and motivate
