Job Description

Requisitions : : Candidate should have a minimum 4+ year experience of Mortgage / Lap sales. He should have the ability to create his own distribution in line with Bank product norms. He should have an indepth knowledge of Mortgage or Home Loan product. Should have competition information or product offerings in the Mortgage market. Should know how to calculate the eligibility for self employed customers under income based or surrogate products. Business and Financial Management Builder relationship and knowledge of Approved Project process Managing channel partners DSAs etc Experience of executing local campaigns and marketing activity Capability to do direct sourcing Ability for collection in case of any of assigned customer going delinquent . Display strong understanding of customer business To handle / coordinate for pre & post disbursement activities Ability to comprehend risk inherent to customer business Customer Focus Advising customers on their financial needs for mortgage. Prompt resolution of customer complaints Job Description : Acquisitions of new LAP / Mortgage relationships , Business Sourcing from Open Market, DSAs, Connectors Organizing Sales visits. To develop relations with the key influences in the areas, to generate business for the bank. Tying up with a number of candidates in the area Managing existing relationships profitably Earning fee based income through PF & other cross sell products of the bank. Completion of documentation and files of customers and coordinate with the operations / credit team to get the files disbursed. Knowledge of finance process, how to source documents from the customers, how to get the files filled, KYC completion, etc Wide contact base in the local market Knowledge of competition players in the local market Working knowledge of mails, excel, word etc,
