Job Description
Job Title: Sr. HR Executive
Job Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai.
Reporting to: HR Manager
Areas of Responsibility:
1. Conducting end to end recruitment process
2. On-boarding and Induction activities.
3. Letter preparations.
4. Exit interview and off boarding.
5. Payroll and statutory works.
6. Conducting employee engagement activities and training programs
7. Identify training needs and create or procure a professional development curriculum
8. Monitor training programs to ensure that training objectives are met
9. Addressing employee issues and grievances.
10. Maintaining employee data base.
11. Leave management
12. Compile and update employee records.
13. Provide input on workforce and succession planning.
14. Analyse data trends and metrics to inform business decisions.
15. Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective
investigations when necessary.
16. Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity
and retention.
17. Interpret human resources policy to company management.
Requirements:
1. Masters degree in business management or related field
2. Previous experience in human resources, professional development, and training, or
employee relations a plus.
3. Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and
employee management, including workers compensation.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
