Job Description

• Operation of LC-MS/MS instruments i.e AB Sciex and Waters
• Method Development and Method Validation
• Routine maintenance & calibration of supporting instruments like Balance, pH Meter etc
• Calibration of HPLC
• Knowledge on Regulatory Guidelines.
• Documentation of bio-analytical procedures as per GLP practices.
• Development of LC-MS/MS methods and trouble shooting
• Preparation of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Preparation of Responses to the QA, Sponsor and Regulatory comments
