Job Responsibilities:
1. Information Management (Job Weightage: 70%)
a. Business Analysis and System Design:
- Understanding the Business Processes of the various vertical and support/assist the Senior Director (IMT) in automation and process re-engineering with help of the technology. Work closely with Operations, PDME, HR and Finance teams to optimise and enhance integration
- Facilitate ongoing efforts to automate the various functions of the organisation and support / assist the Senior Director (IMT) in driving digital transformation of the organisation
- Contribute to creation of Information Management System architecture beginning with gathering the information from the various verticals, performing analysis and developed dashboard or business reports for Senior Leadership
b. Data Analytics and Business Intelligence:
- Support the Senior Director in designing the appropriate data architecture for the organisation
- Contribute to putting in place a system to manage data
- Ensure and Prepare MIS reports, dashboard for Senior Management Decisions.
- Carry out data analysis to support program interventions, resource development, PDME/MEAL unit, Finance
c. Document Management Systems: Contribute to set up document management system (typically using share point)
d. Sales force NPSP Administration closely working with Resource Development and Program Teams Drive the implementation / usage of the system and support/ facilitate the RD teams to be use the system
e. Administration of Data Collection Tools like SocialCops Collect, SurveyCTO or any other such tools we may use from time to time
f. Identify / design / work with software developers to come up with a Construction Monitoring Tool effectively used at Project level
2. IT Infrastructure Management and Data Security (Job Weightage: 30%)
a. Administration of Office 365 User Management, Exchange Server Online Services, SharePoint Online. b. Monitor and manage IT assets of the organization from acquisition to disposition by managing the risk associated with current assets.
c. Managing Data Security and align all the IT Services according to IT Policy
d. Vendor Management, Budgeting, Procurement of the IT Hardware and Software.
e. Managing the Webhosting of all the domain acquire.
f. Website Management Basic Level of updating through Word Press CMS.
g. Any other activities required to ensure supporting the organisation to have access to the data, and ensure data security
3. Any other tasks/jobs/duties as may be assigned from time to time in discussion with the supervisor Key Skills:
Key Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Mandatory:
Proficient in Office 365 Administration and specifically on SharePoint Online
