Job Description
Senior Strategist/ Consulting professional with digital 1st approach thinking who can:Understand business requirements and offer strategic solutions led by technology and digital communications Identify, decode and solve business problems and convert them into opportunities for clients across multiple industries and define frameworks to measure the results. Drive digital strategy for campaigns, content and platforms. Be a constant guide from strategy to execution and optimization. Provides ongoing support to account management, creative and tech teams to reach their goals. Mentors team members to do excellent work in formulating and following through established strategies. Actively contributes to the continuous growth of the agency s client portfolio across categories. Define and conduct appropriate research activities and evaluate findings. Desired Profile: Should be from business solutions, technology assets/ platforms, Media & Channel planning and ROI background. Digital first experience, preferably a digital native 8-12 years of experience in business solutions and communication strategy. Preferably from integrated solutions and marketing consulting agencies. Experience of managing annual and long-term mandates for big clients. A proven track record of partnering large brands in driving their mandate on digital. Understands analytics, data and comfortable with reporting and analysis across multiple digital channels. Strong experience in overall consumer planning, channel planning and integrated digital campaigns. Demonstrable record of developing successful digital strategies across channels/ devices - portfolio of campaigns/ successes. Strong track record of leadership and team mentoring. Excellent Consumer research skills. Excellent Communication Skills -written/ oral/ presentation. Indigo Consulting is among India s top ranked digital marketing and build agencies.
