We are glad to inform you that we are currently hiring for Mortgage -Title Examiner (Experts) for our Global Title Search Team Title Insurance Process.

Work Location: - Banjara Hills - Hyderabad

Shift Timings: Must be flexible to work in shifts (Morning/Noon/Night) on a rotational basis.

Morning - 7am to 3pm, Noon - 3pm to 11pm, Night - 11pm to 7am

Educational Qualification: Any Graduation:

Job Description:

• 2 to 8 years of experience in US Mortgage /Title Search or Examining.
• Should have experience in Partial or Full search
• Should be quick learner and adaptive to change
• Must have good communication and analytical skills.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts
• Should be a graduate and/or Postgraduate
• Should have the ability to question, interpret and clarify information.
• Should be able to execute Data Gathering and processing accurately

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Title Experts, search through title documents when a property is to be bought or sold.

Title Experts search through the documents, maps, and records of sales available from Realtors, banks or the offices of surveyors and Government agencies.

They make sure that a property is not in foreclosure and that there are no restrictions on its use or disputes about its borders. Once they are convinced it can be sold, title examiners recommend that their agency issue a clear title for the property and the proposed sale can then proceed.
