We have urgent opening with a real estate developer company.
Position - Project Manager
Location - Thane
Experience - 15 to 18 yrs
Qualification - Diploma/ BE in Civil Engineer
Job Description:
- He would be responsible for the entire project, from the initiation stage till the completion stage
- Would be handling multiple projects & responsible for timely completion of the projects
- Collaborating with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
- Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
- Obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
- Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
- Would be overseeing & allocating responsibilities to the technical team
- Would be updating & presenting to the Board of Directors regarding the project status.Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
Skill set required:
- He Must be a BE / ME / Diploma in Civil Engg with min 15 yrs of experience in handling residential projects
- Must have handled multiple projects from the initiation stage to the completion stage
- Strong project Management skillwith experience in firefighting, swimming pool, plumbing, flooring, sewage, lift, podium, parking, infrastructure, etc.
- Must have handled projects of Multistoried/ Residential complexes.
- Process oriented & is able to identify and improve process
- Must be a good process planner & have strong strategic skills
- Strong communication & presentation skills with very strong leadership quality
