Job Description
Position: Asst. Manager or Deputy Manager - R&D
Experience: 5 - 7 Years
Location: Faridabad
Reports to:- Head R&D
Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Basic Function
System Components integration work for various thermal systems in the vehicles, mainly, Battery Cooling System (BCS), vehicle air conditioning system (AC), and integrated Battery & Cabin Thermal Management Systems for EV. of System Components integration work in the PVL NPD
system are ;
1. System BOM
2. All 2D drawings & 3D data management
3. All Components Specification
4. Design work for Hose & Pipe, Fasteners, Brackets and Others which are necessary to integrate all
components, having support from CAD-FEA-CFD team.
5. System DFMEA and BOP component DFMEA validation
6. System DVP&R, PVP&R and BOP component DVP&R, PVP&R validation
7. System Bench Test and Vehicle Level Test HW preparation
