Job Description
We are Urgently looking for HR Recruiter/Talent acquisition in Chennai
- 1-4 years experience in relevant industry environment
Salary - Negotiable - 5 days working
Job Location : Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sourcing of relevant candidates through, Job Portals, networking and references (Internal and External).
- Screening & short-listing of CVs, Interview Scheduling, Interviewing the short-listed candidates, making required follow ups till the closure of the position.
- End to end co-ordination of interviews (direct/telephonic and web cam/video conference interviews) from technical team and candidate side.
- Co-ordination with clients for the offer letters to the selected candidates.
- Developing and maintaining a database on the basis of current openings for future requirement.
- Salary negotiation and
- End to End Recruitment Cycle.
- Maintaining Master tracker which contains the details of the Candidates. .
- Scheduling Interviews of candidates.
- Follow up with clients and assist with the candidates transition and on boarding process
